In-stock items shipped from our warehouse will typically arrive in 3-6 business days. The day the order is placed is not calculated in the date range and business days do not include weekends and holidays. Items shipped directly from our vendors take additional time for delivery. Large and / or heavy items may require addtional charges and shipping time.
Orders placed before 9:00 PM Central Time will ship the next business day with a deliver date of 2-3 business days for In-Stock items. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Shipping department will utilize air service unless expedited ground service is faster.
Orders placed before 11:30 AM Central Time will be delivered within 1-2 business days for In-Stock items. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. A street address is required. Expedited shipping is not available for items that are drop-shipped from vendor warehouses. Some areas or addresses do not have next day service available to their door. Always include your PO Box number in the ship to address also.
Please include your PO Box Number when placing your order to avoid ship delays or your order could be returned back to us as undeliverable. Open a support ticket by (sign-in) and submit ticket with your PO Box Number if needed.

Some items we ship are oversize items and require additional charges. These items are clearly marked in the product descriptions. If your order contains two or more oversize item fees, they may qualify for combined shipping and reduced shipping costs. Contact our customer service department for assistance.
You may return most new, unopened items which were not special orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. Special order items may be returned at our discretion. We will not accept returns on merchandise that was opened, used, test ridden, is missing the serial number or UPC, or returned more then 30 days after delivery. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and receive an RMA number before returning your items. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. However, a call to our Customer Service or Technical Support may help you avoid an unnecessary return. For accessory items with a manufactured warranty, please follow the instructions specified by the manufacturer.
